I qualified as a Beauty Therapist and Electrologist at Steiners Beauty School in London. I loved it so much there that I decided to stay a little longer and complete my advanced training to become an Aesthetician.

My CIDESCO course meant that I was recognised worldwide for my qualifications. My first beauty job was at The Spa in Selfridges in the West End.

This gave me the skills to open my first salon in East London called “La Beauty & Hair Clinique”. 

Missing home as you do, I decided to move back to Norwich. I opened ShelbyBeautiful at The Business Haircutters on Timber Hill. I stayed there till I became a Mom

I had two gorgeous boys and loved every minute of being a stay-at-home Mom. But it was time to go back to work.

I opened ShelbyBright. A teeth-whitening business that was a huge hit until it was made illegal for beauty therapists to offer the service.

I became the UK distributor for an amazing pedicure called Elim Spa MediHeel.

However, I was missing Salon Life, so I decided to relaunch ShelbyBeautiful and go back to doing what I love and do best – ELECTROLYSIS
